Instruction manual for using composites and vacuum bagging

I am interested in learning more about composites and vacuum bagging to build kiteboards.

Can anyone suggest a few good websites for step by step instructions. I have zero experience so I am starting from scratch. I've been looking through the old posts, but I'm interested in reading material that would bring it all together.

These guys have a ton of stuff, most of it is for boat building/repairing, but you will get the drift of it. Just remember, don't get it on you, and don't sand it with out it wet, the dust can mess you up.
