Going to Sto. Domingo. Dom. Rep, on November 15-23. How is Cabarete in November? Looking for cheap accomodations and kite rental.

I am managing a nice little Apartment Hotel at Playa Encuentro, just after Kitebeach. We are renting individual apartments with own kitchen and bathroom for a good price. For the Kiting (also equipment rental) we work together with the best Kiteschool on Kitebeach.
You also should check out the surf. We are having good swells and great waves coming in.
