I'm a fair kiter, just getting started in the waves.
Franscisco - heard PR can get pretty ugly with the locals/+surfers in the waves - true or no?
Can anyone comment on wave riding in Vietnam or Kenya/Mozambique this time of year?
This could be possible , specially in selected surf spots , depending on swell + crowd factor , morning sessions are the most critical time , from 6am - 10am , when you get the most perfect and glassy , and then between 4pm till dark if the winds start to calm down and surf improve ... this picture was taken by me on a huge swell around 2 years ago in late March at " Tres Palmas " , Rincon , PR , all I can tell you it was big , can't tell size 15up to 30+ ft. faces , that guy is named Carlos Cabrero , a true local and international surfer and friend , biggest wave he ever surfed here in P.R. , paddling it !!!
