Hi there, i'm from Quebec city, kitesurfing is great out here and snowkiting is also very good. Sometimes in spring, you can do both in the same day!! But you need a dry suit!! Here, when there is no wind, we don't go surfing but we go snowboarding, my place is surrounded by the best hills in eastern Canada.
