I thought I found a monthly breakdown of kiting destinations here before. Maybe I am mistaken. However the question stands.
Right now, where would you go for reliably wind, and waves? I have the next 4-6 weeks off(possibly more), an expiring lease, a healthy unemployment check, and a disdain for the shit winter that we are having. Im not interested in flat water, I am interested in warm water. For a point of reference I hit N. Peru last fall, and would love similar conditions. Costa Rica? Brazil? Barbados? Bali?
Where would you go?

Anywhere in The Caribbean, lots of spots with both waves and reliable winds. Is best from March to May.

Caribbean sucks this season! Waves are good, but wind is the worst I remember

Right now (and most of the year) the following: Cape Verde (4 meters next week) Mauritius (2.5 meters next week) Madagascar
August: Phuket (Nai Yang), Bali (Sanur, Canggu) September: definitely Sumbawa, Rote

Strike Mauritius from that list. Swell and wind are fickle at this time of the year ie. right now, and for the coming week. We are under the influence of "Gelane" tropical cyclone = very gusty winds and stormy seas. Sure we might score a few scraps of action here and there, but to travel all the way here for this would be foolish . Nico

Consider Cape Verde: Sao Vicente ( smaqll island with no kitesurfers) with at least 3 spots with waves or Sal ( very crowded on Punta Preta)
The wind is blowing from October till July.
