I am looking for the perfect wave kiting destination anytime in the months of June-Sept, anywhere in the world. I'm hoping to find:

- Consistent 20+ knot wind (preferrably starboard tach), sideshore or side off.
- Consistent surf in the overhead+ range
- Preferrably a right breaking point, but definitely a real wave with barrel potential
- Hopefully something going on when the wind is not there (surfing, diving, nightlife, cultural) - this is my lowest priority.

There are a lot of great locations for port tach, but I much rather be riding on my frontside. I've tossed out places like Peru & Sumbawa for this reason. What I am looking for is as close to Ponta Preta, Cabo Verde as possible since it doesn't get swell these months.

Does anyone have any suggestions??? Does a place like this even exist?

Cabarete in the Dominican Republic is the perfect place for you! Good and consistent winds, nice waves, not crowded in september, I can really recommend.
Had a nice accomodation at Hooked Cabarete, find it on google!
