The 2010 F-One Bandit III 10m weight = 3.25kg The 2010 F-One Bandit III 13m weight = 3.85kg
I saw a post here a few weeks ago saying the F-One Bandit's were "heavy" but these weights don't support that statement.

jakemoore wrote: C-Quad 8.5m2 1.4 kg 0.164 kg/m2 I guess the silverarrow comes close then. I'm not so sure - the C-Quad is extraordinarily efficient (8.5m = FS 15m?), and 1.4kg sounds like it was weighed wet... I get more low-end out of my Flysurfers, but only when I have more sail in the air. (worth it for the depower and ease of flying) It's not just about weight or projected area though - efficiency (lift vs drag) is also a major factor in light wind. (i.e.: an inefficient kite which weighs next to nothing will still suck.) Weight IS drag to some extent, but that is separate from the aerodynamic drag of the wing's profile. The ""ideal"" light-wind kite has very little weight per sq m projected, but must also be extremely efficient (most power per sq m projected, after deducting drag). It's one thing to compare kites which are otherwise identical (e.g.: FS Speed3 15m regular fabric vs "Deluxe"), but if you redid this chart to include the lift/drag ratio, it might be even more interesting.
