Lot's of kiter/stand up paddler crossover... if you're interested here's a little sneak peek photo I just received from "the beards". Enjoy:

How do these SUP boards compare to the standard SUP board?
Is there any feature that makes them more "kite friendly"?

I don't think there's anything more kite friendly about these boards (ie hard rails way forward for edging etc.) but I'm trying to get more info and will report back as soon as I know.
I do know that my friend Tim down in La Ventana cruises around with a 10m kite and stand-o when it's light and he seems to dig it. If I hear more from the beards, I'll pass it on. The shapes look clean and I like the width they kept for that length... should be surfable and paddle flatwater well too. We'll see.
I now this isn't too kite related so apologies to the board if I'm kooking it by posting this here.
