you could they have nice low end power but you are definately not doing yourself any favors. Try and ride something like the Ozone Edge and you will see what I am talking about.
Its still 99% rider so for sure race the Wainman but its at a bit of a disadvantage.

no wait i never said you can't race them there is nothing wrong with them there are just other kites that are beter for racing and would even think that the Wainman might have an atvantage downwind(no idea on this).
What I am saying is some kites are designed towards racing more than others where this is not what the Wainman guys had in mind guarenteed.
Just go out and race and don't stress the kite too much.

LE is too big
Love those kites for the waves but they don't go far in the window for racing imo

there is a disadvantage, but i think it is more about the rider and board..and if the kite generates power, like a delta does, this can help go upwind better..What i want to know is if someone has already tried them,i need some feedback..Thanks

I got a quiver and they don't fly far at the edge of the window. That's why they don't perform so well in going upwind. You have different setup options but still...
Of course you can use them but it is not optimal. It is like using a racing kite in the waves, or a surfboard for racing :-)

Besides this they are fantastic kites, especially in the waves
