Can anybody tell me where (worldwide) can I find in summer 15-20 regular windy conditions?
Any world's corner is ok!

well ... 100% guarantee for wind does simply not exist - you're dealing with nature :wink:

We had 15-20 knot seabreezes 28 days out of 30 in December (Melbourne Australia) last year.

I think Western Australia is probably one of the best places in the world for consistent wind.

Puerto Rico. Guaranteed no doubt 20k every day. Sailled for the last 2 months every day. It always blows here. PS Too many places to sail alone in a year. No crowds cheap warm water. Constant wind and raging party scene. Check out kitesurfpr.com website.

Cape Town is not to bad in Summer. From November to March.
