The show down of the European Championship Freestyle the is close:
Tight rankings promise tough competitions August 25 th. – 29 th.
In freestyle women Swiss Celine is still leading the overall ranking of
the Freestyle tour being four points ahead from the female hunting group
Johara Sykes-Davis (UK; 370 points), Nicky Rudd (UK; 369 point) and
Kathrin Borgwardt (Germany, 368 points).

In racing men French Bruno Sroka leads only one point in front of
Danish Bjoern Rune Jenssen. The Dutch Rolf van de Vlugt has no chance to
win anymore. We are awaiting the performance of German youngster Florian
Gruber (17 years old) who performed better and better over the season
and finally made it to rank five in the last Silvaplana event.

The polish squad will be supported by a frenetic crowd at the beach -
it`s the annual FAMA festival and polish racers Blazej Ozog (6th.)
Wotjek Issel (11th.) and Lukasz Ceran (13th.) will give their best.

Like the many artists in the village of Swinoujscie close to Stettin
also art will be seen on the water: Freestyle action. Because polish
wondergirl Ania Grzelinska missed two events she is only on rank 6 in
the women`s fleet freestyle. “I am aware that it was a risky decision
not to visit all events, but Swinoujscie it`s my birthday`s weekend and
I will give everything to become first on the podium in my home
country” Ania stated.

The male ranking shows the best polish rider on 5th. place: Victor
Borsuk, Marek Rowinski (6th.) and again Blazej Ozog 11 th.) show over
all performance race /freestyle within the polish riders.
