100% HOME MADE: STRAPS, EVA PADS, EPOXI FINS.

VACUUM BAG
8 + 8 OZ CARBON GLASS DECK + 2 STRIPS 2" ON X PATERN FOR REINFORCE AND STIFFNESS

POLYURETANE FOAM CORE 3/8 " WITH 3 PCS- 32 OZ EACH CARBON RIBS/STRINGERS FOR STIFFER CENTER SECTION

ABS RAILS 1/4" AT CENTER 1/8" AT TIPS

8 + 8 OZ GLASS BOTTOM + 2 TRIPS 2" ON X PATERN FOR REINFORCE AND STIFFNESS

2.5 KG BOARD 2.9 KG BOARD+PADS+STRAPS

3D BOTTOM SHAPE AT THE TIPS AND FLATTER CENETER

I don't understand why you would want extra stiffness,would'nt you want a little flex and springback to maintain drive. :idea:

I believe more of a parabolic rail would provide more flex while still being smooth.In other board sports stiff boards really chatter,chatter sux..!! Creating more work in maintaining momentum. :cool2:
