Is Mui Ne a beginner spot?

I can just about water start, is it any good here for me? It looks a bit choppy on youtube!
If not can you recommend an alternative area in Vietnam/Laos/Cambodia

mui ne is not really the best place to start your kitesurfing career, waves can get quite big and dumpy. also deep water. thats not to say its not possible, there are plenty of beginners there. its just not ideal.
id say go to boracay, flat and waist deep and windy around the same time as in mui ne. however it does get busy,,,

Thailand...Hua Hin is good for beginners. relaxed winds, space. Best during Feb and Mar.

ALL the reviews show that Cambodia is by far the best spot to learn in South East Asia.
Flat water, super shallow for so many meters, not many people on the spot and new gear available.
