snowkite spot near Valmeinier or Valoire France?

I kitesurf for a few years and i snowboard, but i never tried to snowkite.
I am going to Valmeinier next week so im looking for some spot's near by.

On water i use Cabrinha Switchblade 8 & 12 and i own one old Flysurfer Extacy 10.

Can anyone give me advice about windrange for this kites on snow? ...my weight is 70kg.

I was hoping you will give some feedback on this.
I was once in Valmeinier, but didn't know about Lautaret pass than. I was with a bus anyway. It is much better to stay in Voleire, because you get quite a long ride from Valmeinier to Valoire.
I had to pass this years ski trip, because I just got a new job.

Can you check out, if there's any possibility to stay near Lautaret pass, paying only for the room, no chairlift card for 6 days and so on? You know, snowkiting and not snowboarding trip. (cheaper vacation)
