A new version of the Kiteboarding Competition Rules have been finalized by the ISAF Rules Working Party and will be published in the next days officially on the ISAF website.
The new rules can be found here:
http://www.internationalkiteboarding.or ... ry2011.pdf
The new Appendix BB only includes changes to the rules for Course Racing at the moment, additional changes for all other disciplines will be posted in the next weeks until a final new version of the Kiteboarding Competition Rules has been completed.
The changes for course racing are important as they will be used at next weeks Miami OCR regatta, where kiteboarding will be demonstrated along all other Olympic Sailing Classes.

I like that they put the 360 back in as an option. If I am reading it right it can be added in the sailing instructions if the PRO wants to. Anyone know who the PRO for the miami OCR is?
