hi stefan,
why have you added the ring round the chicken loop pigtailed to the 5th line ?

i've seen that for riding suicide on other brands of C/L's but these are ones which open so the kite can still be flagged to safety
the Lf one doesnt...i clip to the depower rope on suicide with the LF bar.

i believe it prevents loosing CL when QR is activated and you don't use DD or leash through the CL.

exactly. very annoying with this sort of quick release, all it takes is to forget to thread your leash thu the chicken loop 1 time

not a fan of the 2010-2011 LF quick release i got a 2009 from my dealer and am using that instead. I know it only releases on either the right or the left but it is so much less prone to accidental release
