I have just drawn a light wind twin tip up. 140x42, though not sure how it rides is still in production. What size are you looking for?

Why not making yourself some nice outline?
Get a board you like and try to make something simular.

one of the reasons we build or own boards is so we can draw our own templates. most boards have a paraboloid edge, I wasnt happy with this and mine has an edge combining a parabola and a circle you get to decide width, length, rocker, concave (if concave) fins or no fins, placement of straps, materials, think do you want a better light wind machine or a lighter board, that helps you decide the width, do you want it to pop better or to glide better that determines your rocker, do you want it to hold its line better or pop harder that determines the amount of curve on your edge, look at the boards you have ridden and figure out what can be IMPROVED for own unique riding style dont just settle for someone else's board.

I did my template on the computer, but left my holes, until i knew which straps, handles and fins i was going to use. Most are interchangeable, but have found some brands are different.
I.e. Some fins use one hole some two.
Some handles are a fixed distance, some, allow a 10mm tolerance.
Footstraps, binding plates offer various distances.
I have used 6 x inserts for my board, but if i didnt have my hardware, i could of used 12 inserts.
My best advice, use another board as a template for holes, but make sure you know which fins, straps etc you are going with, so you dont have to put unnecessary holes or fixings in.

Goodkuck
