Hi everyone

I am planning to go on a kiteboarding trip in July-August.
I'm looking for the best spot in Greece.
The spots i already know : - Paros
-Limnos, Keros

Any opinions?
Better spots?

In Rhodes you 'll find Prasonisi, Fanes, Kremasti. Google them!

The places I recommend in Greece are Paros(my hometown), Rhodes -Prasonisi and Lefkada

If you come in August ,Paros is a top choice. Meltemi wind blows almost every day. 14-30+knots from 9am till 8pm. Flat/choppy conditions.

All action is in Punda beach were two kite schools are operating.

hello !! I have been at the most spots in greece
because I am greek
the best is in Rhodes or Rodos Prassonisi! You will not find nightlife there.Is far away. but the spot is one of the best worldwide. Amazing!!! 2 spots actually: on shore with waves and of shore flat
the second in Paros Pounda - Antiparos! the nightlife there is sooo nice ! near to the spot You go in Antiparos by boat 5 minutes 1 euro or 2 and.....!!!
the spot is with small waves (chop) with 2 schools
the wind is side shore

ps: dont hear what happen in news. all is about politicians. the people is so good

Prasonissi (Rhodos) way too crowded in summer. Spring/fall okay if you get wind but summer way too crowded. Night life too far away.

Paros is nice. August kind of too crowded. Choppy on outside. Just a little sort of flat water on inside but all full of lesson from kiteschools. Great night life.

Lefkada is wind strong then some great spots (theoretically illegal now has national kite ban) but is wind medium then only main kite beach work and very choppy and straight onshore. No where to sit out of sun and wind. Longer season and wind more reliable then in Aegean. No have to take ferry. Okay night life.

Some other really nice secret spots but me no tell. But probably illegal now with national kite ban. Also lots of strike this year. Ferries and airport closed the last few days. Riots in Athens so stay away from city.

there is a very nice village 3 - 3.30 hours from athens.

the landscape is fantastic. mountains full of trees

almost every day side shore wind, big chop, 17-25knots
one spot flat 20-30knots
one more windy side on 20-30knots

there is nightlife
all the barwomen are from sweden-germany-spain-estonia-lithouanian

THE MOST IMPORTANT THE KITE THERE IS LEGAL

the guys there with the school and the beach bar are very organized
