Nice look. Cast epoxy rails or high density poly urithane? I love the graphics. Some sort of printed plastic or less exotic?

This one is Just a Divincell H80 3/8" Foam Core. I have done wood cores and Hybrid wood/foam and they are all made the same. Cast epoxy and Micorpheres for the rails. Graphix... vehicle wrap. I also have the same place print graphix on cotton for layup under my fiberglass but this one is just wrapped and then clearcoated.

How did you do the rails? I'm building a board right now and I'm not totally sure on the rails. I'm building a carbon board and want to make a poured epoxy rail for it, like you did. When I cut out the woodcore I'll save the "left over wood" and use it as a mould. I'll then cut of 0,5mm of the board and then fill the gab with epoxy. So I think, I got that covered. But afterwards what then? Can I just cut of the rest of the carbon and sand it down to make a smooth rail?
