details,
size 135x41, stance 45-50, aspen core mixed with airex, glass triaxial 22oz, hot curing epoxy, graphics printed on auto film
weight little bit heavy about 3kg blank, but looks very strong. I did stronger because I broke all my previous boards in may live...
Board is awesome, quite new rocker conception, upwind is very well, fast, early planning, very easy control, any spray to face, board is quite stiff but fill like very flex

Well done. Looks fantastic, a real pro looking board.
You mentioned a new idea in rocker design. Could you tell us some more about it?
Also, very interested in how you did you graphics which came out looking excellent. What is 'auto film'. What type of material is it and where do you get it and get it printed. Graphics is one of the big things I'm working to improve and would be great to hear more about how you did it.
Cheers
Matt.

tnx mattma,
so, rocker is small secret:)) I want make patent for this
I'll let U know later...
graphic, two layer of oracal permanent adhesive film, first one printed film and on the top second layer protection transparent film.
first layer bond to epoxy very well, second protection film bond well but not strong enough, this solution can be temporary because in couple month protection will be delaminate... best solution still silk printed top sheet like duraclear p-tex or other very strong protection plastics.
