@ tom the ripper:
Thanks for posting the quick release test report. It looks interesting, although it is almost 2 years old and coould not have included the new Core system. Is there an English language translation of this report?
Sometimes a picture tells 1000 words, but it's not clear at all what your message is with the 3 posts you made above.
Maybe you can add some words of your own?
Thanks
ps/ sorry i could not watch the vimeo - my computer will not download the latest flash player for some reason

I would love a translation of the article posted above. Anyone got one?

My info is, that the development of this release is the most expensive ever...that's why they came up with this twisting release.
It twists to both sides! And it has been tested with loads of sand.
And don't forget, there are still companies who have a pin release on one side of the c-loop, while all others have the push up release.
Still sure?

Wow.....some of those quick releases really get shitty with (and some without) sand!
I wonder how the GK release is? Mine seemed fine even with sand jammed in it.
North Ironheart should just be the industry standard. Why do these companies have to reinvent the wheel when they're gambling with our lives on some engineer's idea, just for the sake of being different?
