looking for windy freestyle spot in November. Similar place to Cumbuco brazil

heard that going south from cumbuco wind is lighter and going north stronger - its true?

in addition - i've been also about 1/2 hours from cumbuco to norh (don't remember the name of spot) and wind was so much gusty comparing to cumbuco...

I'm very much looking for cumbuco lagoon spot (mean flat, windy and stable wind)

this is the saying...from what I hear it is true...but not always. And it could be that even further south the wind is also good (Cunhau could be better).

So I guess it is try and error!

Gusty winds 30 min north of Cumbuco? Only gusty spot is Ilha do Guajiru in front and south of the pousadas...further north it is clean as well.

Spots which have land in front are gusty too (Fleixeras in front of main pousada, Taibinha, Jeri etc).
The rest is smooth as can be!

Due to the increasing dune belt along the beach of Ceara the wind further north east is stronger and especially in unstable weather conditions more reliable.

Found barra do cunhau has anyone an experience with this spot? looks promising...

talso some other non-close to fortaleza spot would be fine to check tx
