Barbados in december

Hello!
I'm trying to organize my next kitetrip (from 20 december to 10 january aprox.) and I'm thinking about Barbados or Guadalupe... someone was there?

I'm having difficulty, especially for housing ... prices are insane!!!

Some recommendations?
