Is there such a thing as 'cheap' accomadations near a kite/surf beach in Hawaii??
By cheap I mean no more than $50-60/night cheap?
Can you get by without a vehicle?
Any wind in nov?
Looking to here from any couples who have gone to any of the islands in Hawaii and were able to kite/surf everyday, stay in cheap accoms(see above) and opinions on the need of a rental vehicle...

P.s. I've heard of some who have rented a mini van and stayed in the back of it for the week?!
