Solo kiter looking for other kiters this winter

Postby 22bene » Sat Oct 08, 2011 3:51 pm

Well the first snow has fallen and I am thinking about the surrounding areas of Boise, ID... I am looking for people that kite around here in the winter months that are looking to carpool. I ride the Camas Praire all winter but I am tired of doing it all alone! Why you ask because all of my friends are lame and don't kite!!!! So I am looking to find easy going people that want to kite on the regular at least once a week if we are talking bare minimum...I am an intermediate kiter and an expert skiier. I live in Boise and work during the week so Saturdays and Sundays are the best for me... Let's get in touch so we can be ready when the snow is prime... I am looking for another epic season...

Look these guys up on the net.... http://groups.yahoo.com/group/snowkiteidaho/

Its a group of locals in Boise that kite summer and winter and paraglide in between. Eddy is the 'Gear Daddy' that started it back in the day. A friendly group that I'm sure you could find car-poolers with.
