I have a 2008 ozone access, there is a short line conecting the pulley to the bridle lines, it is starting to wear and I would like to replace it. I tried everything I could think of and couldnt get the pulley and line off, it wouldnt fit through the eyelets on the bridles. It seems something was sown after it was put together? If anyone knows how to deal with this I would love to here it.

cut the it out and then get replacement bridle speed parts made up for both sides of the of the bridle. if you don't do both sides at once changes are your kite will fly badly... as the old side will be stretched and the new not. You local sail repair guys should be able to make then alot cheaper than buyinga whole bridle kit from ozone. I've done this a couple of times on my 08 manta.

Yes, this bridle is sewn at the pulley.

Measure the length of this bridle and contact your Ozone distributor and get two replacements. Once you have the replacements you can half hitch the bridle through the top of the pulley, it does not have to be sewn.
