Nothing better than a propper waist harness on snow - better balance and better pressure on the edge. Not to mention a bit of possibility for style

You know selecting a harness is like buying a pair of shoes they may look cool and have fancy names, but if they don't fit right or suit your individual needs they are a complete waste of money.

What a thread I started. Does a waist harness stay in place? I like how they wouldn't necessarily interfere with the bottom half of my body. My seat harness does effect the way my skis sit on the snow/ice. You know the angle of the dangle

I think the point is the ozone harness is not designed for water. And speaking from experience, you wouldn't want to use it in water. It's reeeeeeaaallly not designed for water. But if you wanted to use it I suppose you could.

I have an Ozone Access 2011 harness with spreader bar. I use it also on water and I don't see why not.
It stays low and doesn't bother your movement. Belts are long so you can easily get the foot straps on with your snow boots on. I don't think that's possible with that boardshorts harness.

I haven't used my Dakine Fusion in years because it is extremely uncomfortable during set up and break times. Several of my friends and I now use this.

This harness is designed for big wall climbers to basically live in for extended periods of time. Cut off some of the gear loops to streamline it...
