One question for those in the know....What's the idea of the elastic bungy rope on the tips of the Rebel? Where the steering line connects to the kite pigtail, the line is looped through an elastic chord. The other end of the chord is attached to the back of the leading edge, level with the front line attachment point. Anyone know what it's all about?
