Any other happy owners to say more about that board? How it rides? Masterred, are you going to ride it in the sea or on lakes? It seems to be described as flat water lightwind surf.

Haven't ridden it yet, but got my name on one of those little beauties.. they're meant for small waves, (hence knee thwacker) we got plenty of them on our south coast, the perfect board to go mush bothering on, can't wait.

Has anyone ridden one of these boards yet? Seems similar to Cabrinha Transport, how does it compare?

looks like a freerace board- I asked SS customer service about it and thats what they told me: " think of it more as freerace board, Dialer is more responsive"

Looks like free race board straps, but the fins look like surf fins?

finally rode it yesterday strapless, way powered on a 7m RPM
small knee to shoulder high waves lots of white water and slow waves, on the wave it was fantastic! so easy and predictable, you could turn the board using the wave speed rather than needing kite speed to complete turns, very keen to use it in much lighter wind/better waves as i think it will be a great addition.
I was also using a Celaritas 5"11 and a Tyrant 5'11 both strapless as well. the tyrant was the most nervous and least suited to pretty shabby conditions with the Celaritas having the best mix of speed on the water, float and responsiveness, hardly surprising i know,
but the Knee swacker really showed the versatility of just being FUN, no its not going to out pace any of the free race boards out there but it will plane very nearly as early but is SO much better on a wave than the sector could be, just through basic os more rocker surf orientated fins and the positioning of the Fin cluster.
I officially got my stoke back yesterday!

Stoked on the board or stoked to be the Slingshot UK brand rep? Seriously put on a go pro and show us if it's all that. Can a normal 80kg "adult" paddle it into a lousy wave and have a better surf than on a big fish? That would be nice... Been curious about this board since it was came out but lately thinking it might be a dud since no one has really reviewed it in the months since it was announced... BTW what are the dimensions especially volume? Pics or it didn't happen, show us the videoTAPE etc...

James,
I have a 2011 celeritas im really happy with, been riding strapless a season. Looking for a board for light winds. When we have light wind there are no waves in S Baltic and western baltic sounds. Hoping to reduce kite quiver and maximum kite size.
Board should be able to go in shallow water and fins shed seagrass ( race fins won´t work).
Which would you go for to compliment the celeritas? Kneewacker or Dialer?
I´m 80kgs and kiting 10years, biggest kite is 14m2, which i use a lot.
