Hi ladies and gents,
The boss of King OF Watersports had an accident and was out of action, could not follow up what happened and just came back to me. He resolved this matter.
Thank you Charlie.
Cheers

Here is a photo of the "new" vest which I'm wearing since 4 weeks. The stitches are coming off already.
Mr/s. MystikUK, what now? Want me to send this piece of crap back from Brazil to the UK to get a new/same vest, wasting further energy, time and money on postage?

take a lighter and burn that threads. This is what I am doing with all my Mystic since long ago. I find 90% of their products to be in such condition that is why a lighter is the 1st thing you need after you purchase some Mystic. After that fast cure things usually work. Ha-ha, in 2008 I had their suit Cure steamer 3/2. A lighter didn't help the suit fall apart into pieces within 1 season and I threw it off.

Good to hear!
Took me a month to get a new Dakine harness
I'm happy with that!
... but the King of Customer Service is still Flysurfer - foot strap broke ... they replied within 2 days even though the guy I emailed was on holiday and had new straps in the mail 2 days after that

I bought this one and I say categorically that it sucks:
Inside of it is cheap styrofoam stuffing that easily gets turns around and messed up. I had to open it up in an effort to correct the styrofoam. Still didn't really work. Avoid this product.
No problems with my mystic harness.

I got a mystic "impact vest" and I am really confused because it does not provide any protection or very little? It is more just like a chest warmer and might protect me if i fell on a knife or something sharp but not from falls. Did i order wrong vest it seems as if it is just for providing a little warmth and looks?
