Yep UK, Frinton, I grew up near there

Interestingly LEIs seem to be weapon of choice these days
You're right. I always though that on land or snow the Rams will be preferred over LEI.
Guess that price is more of a factor or that LEI's just got so better.
Long long ago like 2005 and before this was true the foils really did have a hand up on the safety issues however its no longer the case. At this point in time you choose what kite you fly based on your experiences not because you were told this or heard that or it has a fancy name in front of it.
The snow guys are migrating towards LEI's too. What worked in the past is no longer the same these days. Both LEI's and Foils are equal on all levels. (in theory

) let the fighting begin
And for a reference the foils with exception of Flysurfer are actually generally waaaayyyy less cost then LEI's . I'd presume nowadays with the kites prices flying up up and away people want one set of kites for all disciplines as not all foils can be used on the water.

Badass Vid you guys i'd say you're at the top of the list in KGB these days. I love it but wouldn't want to do a 30 foot kite loop on land. haha. You know that move where that guy almost went splat on the ground and worked it out a foot above land that was true skillz cause that was some bone shattering speed.
