Cool. The trimming system looks about the same as what people are doing on their own to modify production bars already.
I like the 65 cm bar option. My 55cm North Bar seems too small for the Dyno 18m.
Will the race bar have the next generation Epic bar changes or will it come out with the current bar components as pictured here?

SURF 8 & 12 for the waves. RENEGADE 6.5 and 9 for all around kiting. And some times I use my son's JUNIOR PRO 4 when it blows 45+ for the waves.
Just try the EPICKITES and you will see for yourself.

Hello Mr. "
davesails7"
These bars are still in prototype mode. The Chicken Loop will be our new Epic Chicken loop.

I vote for a Grab Handle, much easier at least for snowkite racing when you have to deal with gloves. I think I would try to find a way to "store" it near the CL to avoid having to constantly hold it in one hand as I like to have both hands on the bar during race. Once I see it I will probably find a clean way to do a simple mods. I like it.

How is this race kite coming along Dimitri?
I see you have posted a video of the factory in China about a week ago, does that mean you have been over there finalising production

Hello "
wdric",
I am waiting for the final prototype
RACER 17/14/11 kites plus our new
RACE bar.
Once I have all these here and I am done with the prototypes I will let you know. If you could email me or respond to this post by the end of May that will be great.
Once again thank you for your patients.

Dimitri M wrote:Sounds like you guys have never even seen a race before. I suggest do your homework and stop half assing this race thing. This is one place where you won't be able to fool your audience with video's. racing is about results so you need to either get in deep or just rather stay out.
"we are working on a race bar and came up with a long throw on the bar" WTF.
Hope you get better soon, you got some work to do.
I am sorry "
stefaans" you feel that way, once I get better I will prove you wrong about racing and videos.
But the idea of the bar was not mine. We are working on 3 different type of system with the bar. One is the one I mentioned with a stopper, the other one is with a clam cleat with a long depower line, and then the other one is the depower bellow the bar.
So which one you want to have us spend more time on?
Thank you.
So Dimitri you bring the kite to STFYC Thursday night races this year? We have a race next week. Might be a good to debut your new race kite at the place that start it all

Hello Mr.
Al-Kite-A,
I sent all my
RACER Prototype kites to the PKRA that will be happening in Mexico "Cancun" on April 18th-24th. Few riders wanted to test it during the competition they are taking part in. So after that please get in touch with me so I can send some of the RACE kites to you.
