We have been road-trippin across the mountainous west for the past 4 weeks snowkiting our brains out and doing some backcountry skiing when the wind doesn't blow. So, far we have snowkited with over 200 people this trip. Wow. So many people getting after it. WooHoo! Moose, antelope, and deer have been encountered. Back in Hood River now to some serious storm damage and getting geared up to head back out snowkiting. Who's in for some BigMt Snowkite FreeRide?? Included for those chatting avalanches, is a photo of a slide I triggered and rode in a "safe" area across the street from where we were kiting in WY. Lots of highlights, but tops is riding down after a full day of kiting on the top of the Continental Divide with Grand Teton glowing across the valley.
