Ha! That is great!

I brought my fiance' to the Bahamas last spring. I asked her to film as much as she could. God bless her, she did for 10 days straight. I'm sure she would gladly buy this just so she wouldn't have to watch me and the other nuts flailing about in the surf all day.

No it’s fine, you can buy an optional kit to lock it to the tripod … which you presumably then encase in a 2 tonne concrete plinth.
