Calima Lake in Colombia, You have averague wind of 22 knots
a room very nice room for a month is 150usd and daily foot is for 10usd

30 kiters on weekends, 5 to 10 kites during the week, lot of fun, and You have Cali that is a big city, more and less one hour by car !! You can take bus !! lot of party and chics !!

Isn't your governor the fat ass that flew a helicopter to his son's baseball game. When he landed he had a car and police escort drive him a few hundred feet so he would not have to walk his fat ass. He then had them drive him back to the helicopter and took off before the end of the game thus interupting the game and embarassing the life out of his son. What did that cost the taxpayers of the fine state of New Jersey?

as for living in a cheap place close to a place to kite, i bet there are some low budget places to look for around Miami

florida's wind is really inconsistent

and "budget" and "miami" dont really go in the same sentence unless you're looking at places that come with bars on the windows for free
