Looking at staying from March 23 to 2. Any suggestions.
Hotel winde is a little cheaper but Hotel alegria looks much nicer and closer to beach.
Thanks

Don't know about either of those places but when I went in December I initially stayed at Xtreme Hotel but moved next door to Aqualina Hotel. Cost me an extra $10 a night but was sooooooo worthwhile. Way better condition, nicer bed etc. Excite had nice people though.

Hi, we stayed at winde the apt is fine but next time we rather stay closer tot he beach. Theres a 10 min walk to the hiway and then you have to take the guagua to town and theres no room for gear in the guaguas

Spend an extra $10 a night and stay somewhere right on the beach. If you really don't mind, then Ali's Surf Camp is the place to go http://www.alissurfcamp.com/. Great value, great food a and cool guests. Call http://www.agualina.com/ directly to see what kind of deal they can offer you in the off season. I paid $60 a night and was so worth it!

Kampala hotel is a small and beautiful place to spend your vacation because it is situated on such place which is home of varieties of birds. You can enjoy the stay with beautiful natural sceneries and species. Kampala Hotel

Not wanting to hijack but seems sensible to post here. I too am looking for the right place to stay in Cabarete for late July. I'm a single Dad travelling with 13yr old son who doesn't kite but will SUP / kayak etc We need somewhere with good wifi, middle to upper end of the market and family orientated so my kid doesn't end up being the only one of his age. Kiting needs to be on-site, and we want to be close to town. Someone suggested Villa Tania. Advice welcomed as we've never done DR before.

Laz: I would stay at Ali's surf camp. Great vibe, awesome food, a .50 cent motococho ride to the beach, and they provide 2 meals a day. Pool, and the firends you can meet there are great.
Craven Morehead: Stay somehwere near kite beach. Safer and more fun for your son. Where to stay i am not sure.
