I believe that is a bit early in the season but might be doable. I've been in June-July-August. I was pleased with July and August but maybe just got unlucky with June.

Location is great. Small lagoon with ocean on the other side. Absolutely nothing to do there though aside from kite. Your entertainment is really just the other kiters that happen to be there or whomever you bring.

I was there in Jan/Feb this year. Off season wind tends to not kick in until midday and then drops off by night. We were having 3 days on, 2 days off on average, but sometimes up to a week with not a breath of wind and in a place where there is pretty much NOTHING to do other than kite it gets a bit old.
