thanks to his kite's higher wing profile he could drive himself and his friend out of the danger despite their low water speed!

Low water speed? Did you see that girls legs flip flopping behind her.

Pretty big balls + skill to pull that off in the impact zone strapless.

That is really inspiring. Lots of people would do that but not many could. Having a guy like that in the water makes our sport a lot safer, and makes a good impression for all the non-kiters.

Patrick is such a skilled water man as anyone could know. He was holding on to the girls arm across his shoulder with one hand and power signing the kite with the other.

He got their and reacted before it turned bad.
