Spots and weather on Boa Vista, Cabo Verde ?

Hi,

I`m going at the end of the month to Cabo Verde, to Boa Vista.
I saw the tickets, which r pretty cheap from Europe, and i think i gonna decide to go there and spend 2 weeks over there.
i would like to refresh my kite skills, cause i didnt kite for 2 years now.... Is it a good place for the beginners?
Anybody was already over there? Any suggestions?

Hi,
we are the school from Boa Vista on Cabo Verde, so I think we can answer some of your questions.

We got a very good Kite-, -Windsurf-, and surf conditions in here. we got Spots for the beginners as well for more advance riders.

Main of our school is situated in front of big hotel RIU Karamboa, where you got wavy spot and freestyle spot with a flat water. If u wanna take same kite or windsurf courses, we teach you in a small lagoon with the shallow water witch is perfect for the beginners.

Wind starts in october and lasts till the end of june.
The best months are December till the end of may. According to the statistics in these months you have 90% of windy days.
The water temperature ranges from 21-29*C.
The air temperature is about 23*C all the time(October-may),except summer when the temperature is up to 30*C.

We do as well wave trips with our clients to the other site of the island, depends on the wind conditions. And we provide you with our wave clinic.
