Billy. Make some fuity carbon legs just for kitesurfing. get some of these cheetah legs so you can store energy and release it for epic jumps!..
You can then make some fun legs for the kids to enjoy. maybe make some bigfoot leg extensions and stop around the desert a blury photo distance away from tourists.... see if you can make national TV.

PS is take the piss out of your legs offensive... i guess its too late now!

8) I'm born three weeks after the introduction of the Ford Mustang... I do not think that neitherone has stopped ripping...

I do a shitload of training, but i did not start early like the rest of my family... i was 20 before i started to really rip it!

(My mother played soccer until 40, my father played hockey and bandy until 35 and my brother was all fcuked up at 24.)... from to much hockey, soccer, basket, rollerblading, skating etc.)

I have about 30 years of different sports in my bones, but never broke anything serious.

When i met my girlfriend and changed life, ( she comes from martial art and a lot of training with Jane Fonda in California... in the old times) I was prepared with a grade from the most akwowledeged school of massage and alternative medicin in Sweden.

I have adjusted myself for the last 10 years... It's not perfect but it will do...

I do think that kiting is a sport that attracts a lot of xathletes and gives us the motivation to keep o ripping... :D

But i go to the gym at least 3 times a week and lift heavy shit... 8)

I'm 73 and I'm an instructor. Taught 35 lessons in 25 days in April. Figure I've got about 17 more years left - maybe more!

Just turning 51. I also think about wanting to be around to walk my 4 and 6 year old down the isle.

First I look forward to teaching all (7 year old son too)of my kids to kite and riding with them. Unless I have a kite ending injury I plan on kiting till I die. My father summited Kilimanjaro when he was 75. I hope I have his genes instead of the milk mans.

I met Jerry a few days ago on South Padre Island. He is a former windsurfer and is now taking up kiteboarding at 81 yrs old. I helped him launch and noticed he was holding the bar like a windsurf boom (one palm up). I put his kite down and gave him a some tips on holding the bar, kite control and heading up wind. He went out for 30 minutes and then I landed his kite. He came up to me and gave me a big hug. He said that it was the first time he had be able to stay up wind.
Really made my day. So if your in your 60's or 70's it's not too late.

Regards,
Ian

i guess there is quite a few of us. I'm 52 and been kiting 10 years, skateboard in bowls now, but skated from about 1968 to 74. snowboarding 15+ years, just started sup, windsurfer from 1978-89. used to wave surf as teen, and was skim boarding on homemade boards at 7 years old.

was out today in 28knts on 9m kite and strapless in 50f air and water with head high north sea wind waves. my wife's 90 year old aunt said I was rather youthful.

I have only taught one person (my best friend) and I consider teaching to be the ultimate kitesurfing trick. Very physical, very technical and pretty difficult to do with style. Safety is also a big issue, bigger than in any kitesurfing trick there is. Well done mate, I would love to do what you do in 29 years from now! :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
