Hello SupaEZ,
Your wish is my command. You are correct, our OXYGEN twin tip board is 135x47cm wide. So I totally understand your concern.
This is all the info you requested, I hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else.
:thumb:

REEF 5'7" ATV:
5.13 kg (11.30 lbs) complete with (2) PADS / (2) STRAPS / (4) FINS.
48.7 cm (19.17 inches) Wide
Approximately 5.6 cm (2.2 inches) thickness in the middle

REEF 6'0":
4.63 kg (10.20 lbs) complete with (2) PADS / (2) STRAPS / (3) FINS.
45.4 cm (17.87 inches) Wide
Approximately 4.8 cm (1.88 inches) thickness in the middle

P.S. You can ride these boards with STRAPS or STRAPLESS.
Also you can buy on our ONLINE STORE the "PLATE PAD" so you don't have to stick on your surf board the front pad that comes with the board. All you have to do is screw the plate and strap together on the board if you want to go with Straps or unscrew the Plate Pad & Strap if you want to go strapless. Very easy.

Hello Mr. 2extremes,
Remember 11.30 lbs is board complete with (2) straps, (2) Pads, (4) Fins. People that have tried and tested the board did not think it was heavy at all.
The prototypes I had were even lighter than what I have now, but after a while you would get some heel dents. So I decided to put more reinforcement to make sure we don't get too many heel dents, plus make sure they are holding from landing big jumps (as you can see in the pictures above). But you have to understand that these boards are not just SURF BOARDS but KITESURF boards. If you check the video of Jesse Fernandez, you will see he mentions that these boards are a little heavier then a normal surf board. The reason is that I wanted to make sure they last longer. If you want I can make you a light one but it won't last as long as these.
If you remove the Straps and the Front pad you will save around (+-1.2 kg).
And so you know the REEF 5'7" ATV is the light wind board. So it is way thicker and wider.

P.S. I use the REEF 5'7" ATV as my surfing board also.

They are nice and light at 11lbs

But I think you made an error in your kg conversion as 24.kg is about 55lb :D

I did check out the video and they look great excited to get on one for a try, been looking at a crossover board

Yes you are correct I made a mistake converting (LBS into KG) it should be around 5.13 kg.
Will fix the post above. Thank you.

 I wasn't trying to make a negative comment against the brand by the way, I actually really like how you have come up with a video from a designer.
So nice to see, especially if your going to drop couple hundred $ on one

sorry but they are very ugly

What does he really mean by that
Is he only talking about the color or the board outline / tail design ?????

I think they suit Dimitri "colorful" flashy personality and goes very well with his "colorful" kites also

As far has the critics about the strapped directionals board weight
Just look at this high jump in the previous photos...unless you go that high i would stay quiet :D

I personally jump very very high on my directional ( but Dimitri got me beat)
My Whip 5'7"x 18 5/8" Quad complete is 4.65 kg/10.25lbs (2011 Model)
It is still in supa excellent condition and i jumped the heck out of it :D

Here's an idea
Offer the 5'7" & 6'0" in a Limited Edition

Meaning using same graphics but in "black/ grey/ white" (for no "offending "colors as some say)
Would be a great match to your 10M Limited Edition kite also

That's the way to tap into the whole market and please everybody :allbegood: (maybe)
