where do u get music for you vids that doesnt get removed? from youtube and vimeo etc i am doing some research...

Vimeo removes music? I hadn't heard that before ... frickin YouTube removes everything. But they do provide you with options that you CAN use, once you've uploaded the video ...

It seems to work fine with any music you use, almost - and it seems they have tackled the problem in a different way now, instead of removing or closing the audio/video.

You get a little add in the lower side of the video that can be clicked away, when using YouTube.
(Vimeo is not good anymore IMO, as it does not allow free HD video upload like YouTube)

And sometimes in one or two countries the video is blocked (but I've only experienced Germany and Japan as those yet, so not a big problem for us).

But it might be different in other locations ?

And I know for sure it depends on the actual music and rights too - very different "claims"

All you have to do is slow the music at the beginning and end of the video and there computers won't pick up the song. Slow it just a little not enough to even notice yourself.

I guess it will take them a couple of month to sort that out as well.

They don't go through there videos themselves computers do the searching. If the speed is slightly different they won't recognize the song. It works.
