Nice Vid Bullet.

That one footer with no support just looks like a ankle buster. Every time i've done that it was A. unintentional and B. pretty much a guarenteed sprained ankle.

yea, it took me a while to get the balls up to try it but i think ive figured out how to do it safely now. its all about using the swing off the board and getting the right timing.

i always frontroll all the time on land board
