its been approved by the government of Tarifa to build a big complex of hotels and houses in Valdevaqueros beach, one of the few virgin beaches.

Please SIGN this petition, we dont want Tarifa to be the next touristic resort.

Hello my friends from abroad! I need a favour from you, Mother Nature is at risk at Valdevaqueros - Tarifa (look for this place in Google Earth). It is, maybe, one of the best kitesurf/windsurf spot in the world.
It is very important to sign here:

Our politicians want to build in this nature reserve. This area has to remain as is, for birds, for cetaceans, for wildlife, for you!!!!

I signed but I have no idea where you're talking about. But the beach does look nice and maybe they could figure out another way to make some money with it other than tearing it up for condo/hotels/motels etc.

You should post what their exact intentions are so we can see what they have in mind.

signed.... not many spots thats works well on Levante in Tarifa... Not a very good idea in super windy Tarifa, probably just going to get kiters anyway ;) and considering the economic situation yes not that likely... But lets hope it stays the way it is - still possible to get a cold drink and luch these days there, no need for anything more
