Israeli Kitesurfing Organization

Have you ever thought how many problems wouldn't been happened
If there was a decent Israeli Kitesurfing Organization ?
Centralized Org can :
1 . Issue qualifications for kite schools /instructors including rules for training ( wind range, equipment so on ..)
2. Define kitesurfing rules and security standards
for example standard signs for :
launching /landing ( so "wait a minute" sign won't look like "ready to launch" and the kite can go straight into the window before you're ready).
4. Define a course elements that must be part of the training paln maybe even kind of unified test/qualification that each trainee should pass in order to buy equipment / surf
5. Negotiate with the governments authorities for
kite zones , Insurance , etc ..
6. Organize local events ( compotation ..)
7. Others ..

Kitesurfing is different then windsurfing - it's more dangerous .
and therefore should be controlled by some kind of Centralized Organization , It's our interest

Alex from Rozen and Mintz is an IKO instructor who follows their guidlines
for now lets not give anybody any ideas about puting restriction on the sport , if shit continue to happen it will take place any way.
As far as dedicated kite beaches again - for now we are allowed everywhere , if everyone will take good care and follow basic safety rulles we could keep the sport safe and free of restrictions
I do agree though that we have to agree on who gives way to whom , signs etc

באמת שאני לא מבין למה שמישהו ירצה למסד את הספורט??
כמובן שיהיה נחמד אם יהיה גוף מסודר שידבר עם הרשויות ויארגן תחרויות
וישמור על הגולשים המתחילים מפני הסוחרים שבאמת ברוב המקרים לא חושבים יותר מדי מעבר ל 5000 שקל שלהם .
אבל דיי מספיק! לא מספיק אנחנו חיים במדינת משטרה?לא מספיק חייבים קסדה באופנוע , חגורה במכונית , בדיקות בטחוניות על ימין ועל שמאל , צבא , מילואים . מכל מקום רק דופקים את האזרח הפשוט אפילו לחוף פשוט בכנרת נאלצים לשלם בגלל איזה מאעכרים שהשטלתו על החופים
מה עכשיו אני אצתרך ביטוח קייט? רישיון? מבחן ? וכו' וכו'??
כי הרי זה בדיוק מה שיקרה
אז אני אומר דיי תנו לנו ולכל אחד את חלקת האדמה שלו את השקט הנפשי שלו .
ולכל הגולשים אני קורא להיות טיפה מעל לשטויות ולהיות נחמדים אחד לשני !!!
הדוגמא הכי טובה מבחינתי זה החוף בהרצליה , אולי יש הסתרה אולי אין את התנאים המושלמים של קיסריה או אילת אבל החברה תמיד אדיבים ותמיד עוזרים אחד לשני .
בקיצור , וסליחה על ההשתפכות , לא חושב שצריך ממסד רק צריך שלאנשים טיפה יהיה יותר אכפת מהזולת.
