I have never ridden a board with more pop than the Carved tantrum. And it is light, light, light! But it's not great in chop as its very flat and stiff, also, is quite expensive. You can buy 2 production boards for one carved board. I will have one one day however!

seems to me like these attributes tend to be contradictory: stiff rocker boards in my experience tend to have the best controllable pop at speed, but also kill the most power when trying to ride upwind.
If you spot isn't super choppy you may want a board that is on the stiffer side without an extreme rocker and fat tips (not much taper from tip to tail). You are also on the heavier side so that would probably work well.

I like the moneyshot. Great for pop but still soft enough for a comfortable ride..killer footstraps...I think the channels add bite so it makes it upwind great.

Than try some proper wakestyle boards with boots on. Nothing beats the pop and the soft landings of the good wakestyle board in the slicks.

find board thats stiff in the mid section. and I mean stiff, like it doesnt flex much at all unless you lean all your weight into it.
the rocker should be big, 2+ inches and be continuous, its one of the more efficient ways to get lots of rocker but stiff maintain upwind efficiency.
boots are great, but they dont help upwind effciency since you cant rotate the hips for optimum position without shredding your knees.
