Check out 15-19s. Do you see what is coming up from a fin screw :o
Otherwise look good.
Results will verify the real value.
I keep fingers crossed.

I was out racing with my North ltd/Dyno combo against someone with Royal gear. I was pointing like 5 degrees more upwind than him!
Don't think they got the winning stuff.

Regardless of how they seem to treat customers...there could be a lot of reasons for your upwind...technique..strength...kite... will take you a lot better up wind...in addition to the board ;-)

Thats a bunch of crap. I have watched a guy on Royal equipment sail circles around the North equipment. Don't know about their customer service, but at least they don't have 5 lines . . . .

Maybe he was using the standard fins that comes with the RF board. We have a similar case here and the guy lend some Rista Fins to keep up with the rest of the fleet. The 16 and 19 meter RF stealth do not work upwind, no match for the RRD or North kites. The guy was 300 meters behind us on the upwind mark.

I'm a beginner with such performant race boards, so I can't compare. but I can say I'm happy with my Royal K. stealth 70!
there was a few problems with mine but nothing really bad (I had to add some resin in fin boxes, to glue the pads, and to change the back strap).
it's a really fast board, and it seems very strong. I will use faster fins to increase the VMG.

by the way a nice vid from Gunnar Biniasch, (flysurfer team) http://vimeo.com/32115045
