We think lines are a very important part of the kite and from all we ve tried, the new Cousin Trestec Lines are the best we ve found...
What lines do you prefer?

I just bought a Hadlow ID a couple of weeks ago. One of the first things I noticed about Flexifoil's gear is how tough the lines seem. I'm a big fan.

The Core Kites lines are really nce too. The lines are made by Liros, which makes a lot of lines for hangliding, parachuting, sailing applications. Super high quality. IMO the lines and other components of the bar are as important (or more) as anything else about a kite setup.

So where can I actually order a spool with say 500 meters of these lines?

There's gotta be a cheaper way to get kite lines. Is there anything that's as strong and fit for the purpose that I can buy from a hardware store? I think Kite Lines should cost $30 to replace. Not $150

Yep, I'm interested in this too! Once you buy and cut lines, there must surely be a proper way to attach to pigtails. Does anyone know how to do this? I'm very interested.

This held true in 2006-7, i made a bunch of line-sets for A Wind of Change in Vegas :
Only the Q-Power, and Q-Power Pro could you tie a Knot in and retain proper Line strength ; all others had to be sleeved, or they would break.
I have NO idea if this is still true, so ask if the line needs sleeving before Ya purchase it.
As far as tying up a set of lines, it's a Piece of cake !
