First thing to do is contact the dealer who sold you the board - usually they'll deal with the warranty issues, since they're the ones who have actually taken your money,
If that doesn't work, go direct to the manufacturer. If email doesn't work, call (you might be getting filtered out). Who are you sending the mails to? If it's a "contact" address given on UG's website, it's probably getting swamped with spam.
