Board Info by Damon

I am laminating the corecell with E-glass between each sheet and a
microballoons SP106 epoxy mixture.

I was thinking of going for PVC rails set at a standard 5mm and
bonded to the foam during laminating (laminating them into the layup)

The finished corecell shape will be covered with Carbon 200 bonded
with Ampreg 20 Epoxy and then Formica to finish. Rails exposed in PVC.

I will be using a rocker table and uniform weighting rather than
vacuum layup as this is a one off trial.

I was considering a sprung tension fabric system to load
perpendicular to the board surface as weighting will not provide
uniformly distributed loads. (anyone any experience or does everyone
own a fridge pump?)

My last carbon layup was near perfect and i didn't use a vacuum setup
and achieved around 2.5kgs for a carbon 146x37 TT with all fittings!
